Kathy, a patient of Dr. Kevin Fryer, talks about her experience wearing an oral sleep appliance for her sleep apnea. Kathy was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea with an Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) score of 55. The AHI measures sleep apnea severity. Anything over 30 is considered severe, and so Kathy was definitely in that category.…
