First, contact us via our website, or you can call 440-585-4200 to book your dental reservation. Please let us know how we can help you, so we can prepare ahead of time for your visit.
Then, download and fill out your paperwork. In addition to your new patient paperwork, please bring a photo ID, a list of your medications, and your dental AND medical insurance cards to your appointment.
We are located at 1232 SOM Center Road Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124. Our practice is across the street from RiteAid and 5 Guys Burgers on SOM Center Road (Route 91).
We will take you on a tour of our digital office at the start of your appointment. We want you to be familiar with our office and all of our services.
Digital Photos
We will take digital photos of your teeth. These photos will allow you to see parts of your mouth you’ve never seen and will also aid Dr. Fryer in determining your dental needs.
We offer the latest in digital radiography which means more comfort, better accuracy and less radiation for you. We also utilize 3D imaging technology that allows Dr. Fryer to see your mouth in three dimensions.
Exam
Depending on your treatment needs, you may be seen by the doctor or doctor and the hygienist. At this exam, look at the health of your teeth and your gums and will also do an oral cancer screening.
Based on our exam findings, we will customize your treatment depending on your specific needs. In many cases, we are able to complete same day dentistry, therefore lessening the number of visits to our office.
We want to be as transparent as possible regarding any treatment fee responsibilities. We will always discuss that before we begin any treatment. We will gladly contact your dental benefits to estimate your portion.
