Thanks for visiting our Mayfield Heights dental office, Tina!
For two weeks in May, our office had the pleasure of hosting Mentor High School student, Tina, for her senior project.
During her experience here, Tina not only got to see dental procedures, but she also got to witness all of the “behind the scenes” action that happens in a dental office. After her first day, she told Missy that she had no idea how much planning went on ahead of time for each dental visit. She learned that we are here well before the first patient, that we study patient charts and treatment, that we plan where and when we will all be at certain times, that every single procedure has color coded materials and instruments, that we obtain benefit info days before the patient actually arrives, and that we carefully consider what supplies we need based on which patients are scheduled to come in.
Most importantly, she learned that nothing here happens by accident-that we strive every single day to be here and ready for each and every patient.
Tina is enrolling in Cleveland State this fall and is considering a career in physical therapy. We wish her the best and hope that she returns to visit us again soon!
