I’m still here!
As our office has grown over the past two years, my role here has changed. I have a super cool title now: Business Manager
For many years, I was the only one working the front desk and taking care of all business matters and would also jump in and help with procedures as needed. As time went by, it became difficult for me to manage all of that. When we moved to the new office, it became nearly impossible. I needed more help!
Dr. Fryer and I decided that we should find more help for the front desk and with assisting so that I could better focus on other things-like marketing, employee training and education. I really love being freed up to help our office improve for our patients. I’m the one behind our Facebook posts, the one updating our website with blogs and photos, and the one who creates each monthly newsletter.
I’ve also implemented monthly staff in service meetings. Each meeting allows for interactive team learning on a variety of dental topics. I never want my team to stop learning! The more we all know, the better we are for our patients!
It’s been very exciting for me to progress through my 19 years here. One thing is certain around this office-there is so much opportunity for career growth!
So although my responsibilities have changed, my goals are the same.
I want this practice to have the most educated team members than any office around.
I want this practice to give a better patient experience than any other office in town.
I want this practice to keep growing, all while never sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
