This technology, also called a Cone Beam Scan or CBCT, is a special type of x-ray equipment that will produce three dimensional (3D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways and bone in a single scan. It is the absolute latest in dental digital imaging. We are SO proud to offer the absolute BEST for our patients.
These CBCT images will allow us to see your teeth and jaws in a way that we cannot see on traditional dental x-ray images. This technology aids Dr. Fryer in implant planning placement and in make oral sleep appliances for patients with sleep apnea.
